1. Introduction

Welcome to Three Sisters Sanctuary Nature Reserve ("the Sanctuary"). By accessing the Sanctuary grounds, using our facilities, or booking accommodation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Entry and Access

  • All visitors must check in upon arrival during designated hours.
  • Entry is at your own risk. The Sanctuary is a natural environment with inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, wild animals, insects, and changing weather conditions.
  • Visitors must stay on marked trails and designated areas unless accompanied by a guide or possessing specific permission for off-trail activities.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Speed limits must be adhered to.
  • No entry is permitted after dark without prior arrangement for overnight stays.

3. Conduct and Safety

  • Respect wildlife. Do not feed, approach, disturb, or attempt to handle any animals. Maintain a safe distance at all times.
  • Leave no trace. All litter must be carried out or disposed of in designated bins.
  • Fires are only permitted in designated fire pits and braai areas, subject to fire restrictions. Never leave a fire unattended.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect other guests and the natural quiet of the reserve.
  • No firearms, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are permitted.
  • No drones are allowed without prior written permission from management.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Swimming is only permitted in designated areas, if any, and at your own risk.

4. Bookings and Accommodation (If Applicable)

  • Bookings are essential for overnight stays and group visits.
  • Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Accommodation units must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Damages may be charged to the guest.
  • Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.
  • The number of guests per accommodation unit must not exceed the stated capacity.

5. Liability and Indemnity

  • Three Sisters Sanctuary, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or theft sustained by any visitor or their property, howsoever caused.
  • All visitors enter and use the facilities entirely at their own risk.
  • Visitors indemnify the Sanctuary against any claims arising from their visit or activities undertaken within the Sanctuary.

6. Environmental Responsibility

  • Do not remove, damage, or disturb any plants, rocks, or cultural artifacts.
  • Use water and electricity responsibly.
  • Stick to paths to minimize erosion and habitat disturbance.

7. General

  • Management reserves the right of admission.
  • Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in eviction from the Sanctuary without refund.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The terms displayed at the time of your visit or booking confirmation will apply.
